Horse Tram Day

Horse Tram

In addition to our vintage electric trams, our Sheffield 15 Horse Tram will be in operation between 11am and 4pm (with a break for the horse's lunch 1pm - 2pm). This horse tram was built in 1874 and is one of the oldest exhibits at Crich Tramway Village. If you wish to ride on the horse tram, there is a small cost of £1.00 per person payable at the tram stop.

An exciting day for those who love tram rides! Many of our operational trams will be running, so ride on as many as you wish! In addition, the large scale Robert Whetstone tram models will be running in the Exhibition Hall. Starlight Event

Our popular Starlight event returns again for five days of fun, with trams running in the dark into the early evening. The Woodland Walk will also be illuminated - though we advise bringing a torch! Starlight Event Open daily from 10am and closing at the following times: Tuesday 27th and Saturday 31st October - 8.30pm. Wednesday 28th - Friday 30th October - 7.30pm.
