BMW i3 Car Club
An electric feast where the future meets the past! According to the manufacturers, BMWi3s fall into Category 1 electric vehicles, which produce CO2 emissions of less than 50g/km and can travel at least 112 kilometres (70 miles) without producing any CO2 emissions. It's 'Drive it Day' today. This event takes place every year to help raise awareness of classic vehicle movement in the UK.The Citroen 2CV Club are visiting to celebrate the event, from 11.00am. Come and view these vehicles and take a ride on our vintage trams.

In addition to our electric trams running, our Sheffield 15 horse tram, built in 1874, will be operating between 11am and 1pm and from 2pm to 4pm. An additional charge of £1.00 per passenger (adults and children) is payable to ride on the horse tram, which runs from Stephenson Place to just before the Bowes-Lyon Bridge and back. Horse Tram
