Admission Prices 2021

Full priced tickets offer 12 months free return as many times as you wish (subject to our opening dates and excluding return to 1940s events)  please see the prices below. These may be purchased online (scroll to bottom of this page) or on arrival. We are currently open Saturdays to Thursdays.

Less abled persons’ tickets cannot be purchased online, only on arrival.  They are valid for the free return within 12 months subject to when we are open and excluding 1940s events. One carer per disabled person admitted free of charge.

Under 4 year olds are admitted free of charge.

If you already have free return tickets, corporate tickets, gift vouchers or vouchers offering discounts (e.g. English Heritage membership, Caravan Club or a promotional offer) these can only be processed on arrivalyou do not need to pre-book.

Please note that we are encouraging you to make card payments where possible and we offer contactless terminals to help control the spread of potential viruses.

Dogs on a lead are accepted, provided that owners clean up after them. They are not permitted in the cafe or the indoor children’s play area, but can go everywhere else, including on the floor of the lower decks of trams.

We provide a shelter at Town End for buggies and pushchairs to be left, while you ride the trams.

On the following dates in 2021 we are offering Crich residents free admission to attend the Art Share workshops. (Proof of residency required):

Monday 17th May to Sunday 20th June  (Open Saturdays to Thursdays plus Friday 4th June) – Internal areas open, but Covid-19 measures in place.

Monday 21st June to Thursday 15th July (Open Saturdays to Thursdays).

Weekends and Bank Holidays: 10am – 5.30pm (Last admissions 4pm).

Weekdays: 10am – 4.30pm (Last admissions 3pm).

SUMMER SEASON (subject to government guidelines)

Saturday 17th July to Sunday 5th September – Open daily (including Fridays).

10am – 5.30pm (Last admissions 4pm).

AUTUMN SEASON

Monday 6th September to Sunday 31st October (Open Saturdays to Thursdays)

*Free return admission on full price tickets only (including Adult, Senior, Child and Family tickets). Does not apply on re-entry to 1940’s / World War II events and refers to the 12 month period from when you purchase your full priced ticket and available during our public opening dates only.

If you already have a ‘free return’ ticket and it is still valid, you may use this as normal and do not need to pre-book. Please note we are open Saturdays – Thursdays only until 17th July 2021.  (See below for later dates).

Bakewell Old House Museum: £1.00 off adult tickets
Cromford Mill: Cromford Mill: 10% off guided and audio tours. (Entry into the Mill is free, passes are needed to gain entry to the Arkwright Experience, Tours, and the Visitor Centre).
Peak District Mining Museum: £1.00 off adult tickets or £3 off family tickets.
Strutt’s North Mill: save £1.00 on the normal ticket prices.

Visitors with any of the above attraction entrance tickets purchased in 2021 receive the following admission prices at Crich Tramway Village (One discount per transaction may be used against reciprocal tickets. Offers cannot be combined).

These discounted tickets do not offer 12 months free return and must be purchased on arrival.

Use the online ticket purchasing service for Crich Tramway Village. Please note, purchasing online does not offer an advantage to purchasing on arrival. All tickets need to be processed at Admissions, and during adherence to Covid-19 guidelines, this may take longer than usual.

Free admission for drivers of pre-1980 vehicles if parked in the Museum street for a minimum of 3 hours (please note on themed events your vehicle must match the theme and booking may be necessary to confirm availability and passengers are required to pay for full priced tickets).
