To prepare, cook and present food made from local produce in a fast paced catering environment for Rita’s Tearooms and The Red Lion Pub.
We are looking for someone who is a strong communicator and has the ability to work efficiently on their own or within a team; they should have a high standard of hygiene practices to help us maintain our 5 * Hygiene Rating.
The applicant should hold an up to date Level 2 in Food Safety and be prepared to work daytimes, occasional evenings and most weekends.
Bar Staff for the Red Lion Pub
We are looking for confident and passionate people who are not afraid of hard work and who are used to working behind a bar.
The applicant should be able to work efficiently whilst demonstrating a high standard of quality. They must be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team alongside both paid and volunteer members of staff. They will be able to comply at all times with all food safety and Licensing Regulations as directed by their Manager / Supervisor.
You will be required to serve drinks, snacks and hot ready prepared foods, undertake stock rotation and cleaning duties and be prepared to work daytimes, occasional evenings and weekends.
Catering Assistants for Bluebell’s Ice Cream / Refreshment Parlour
We require Catering Assistants to work in our busy Ice Cream / Refreshment Parlour.
We are looking for people with excellent customer service skills and have a positive attitude, will be reliable and have a neat and tidy appearance. You must also be able to work on your own initiative within agreed department guidelines. The applicant should hold an up to date Level 2 in Food Safety and maintain good hygiene standards at all times. The hours required are daytimes and most weekends.
