Horse Tram Day

Horse Tram

In addition to our electric trams running, our Sheffield 15 horse tram, built in 1874, will be operating between 11am and 1pm and from 2pm to 4pm. An additional charge of £1.00 per passenger (adults and children) is payable to ride on the horse tram, which runs from Stephenson Place to just before the Bowes-Lyon Bridge and back. Horse tram

Classic Transport Gathering

Come and enjoy displays of vehicles built prior to January 1979 as well as our usual vintage tram service, exhibitions, play areas, the Woodland Walk and Sculpture Trail and Workshop Viewing Gallery. We welcome dogs on a lead  (excluding entrance to Rita's Tearooms and the indoor children's play area).
