Are you a teacher or educator thinking of bringing a class or group to the museum? These pages describe the sessions, facilities and resources that we offer and how to book a visit.

Crich Tramway Village is an exciting educational resource for pupils and students of all ages, easily linked to National Curriculum subjects, click here for more information.
There is plenty to keep pupils and students interested here at the Village, both indoors and out.
Staff from the Education Department are always on hand to offer advice and assistance.
Planning a Visit.
All groups (over 10 people) visiting the museum must pre-book. Decide on the requirements for your visit by using our literature and information on this website before calling to book.

How to book
Once you have decided your group's requirements, telephone the Education Department (contact details below) to check availability and to make a provisional booking. Confirmation will be sent by e-mail or post.
Pre-visit
We recommend that group leaders come for a pre-visit wherever possible. Complimentary tickets can be provided for this purpose.
During your visit
