14-19 Curriculum Sessions

Leisure and Tourism

These sessions are linked to the GCSE and A Level Leisure and Tourism syllabus. Groups can choose between Marketing and Customer Care, looking at the Museum and the services that we provide for our visitors.

ICT Diploma

Students are required to produce a presentation suitable to be sent to schools and Tourist Information Centres to promote Crich Tramway Village. During the visit to the Museum, students collect images, sounds and other relevant material to use in their presentations.

Functional Skills

Students complete a functional Maths and English booklet whilst at the Museum, which encourages them to think about how Maths and English are used in every day situations.
