The National Tramway Museum is an educational charity which receives no revenue funding from the government. Operating in an increasingly competitive market, donations and bequests are becoming an increasingly important way of supporting the museum in its activities of preserving an interesting and often overlooked part of British heritage.
The museum is operated and maintained by the efforts of a dedicated group of volunteers who freely give up their time and skills, backed up by a small team of specialist staff.
Any financial help you can offer would be gladly received and put to good use. For details please contact Crich Tramway Village on 01773 854321.
