Experience the real atmosphere of wartime in the 1940s with air raid warnings, rationing and the blackout.
Cheer on the Home Guard, beware of the spivs offering you black market goods and watch as the ARP deal with an unexploded bomb.
Eat from our wartime themed menu in the British Restaurant and ride our trams, many with blackout masks and anti blast netting on the windows.
An authentic Wartime Concert will be taking place throughout the weekend - come and join in, and there will be a variety of period military and civilian vehicles on show.
This 1940s event will celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Battle of Britain and will feature a fly-past by the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight.
There will be a dance in the New Garrison Theatre on Friday 13th August, 7pm -11.45pm
Cost of tickets for the dance is £5 per person and includes a pie and pea supper. Tickets are payable in advance, please contact the Museum to book.
